Refund Policy
TradeCert Prep sells digital exam-prep access. The policy below is designed to be clear before checkout and practical after purchase.
Access Problems
If you paid but cannot create an account or open your purchased bank, contact support with the checkout email and exam name.
We will either restore access or refund the purchase if access cannot be provided.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchase
Duplicate purchases made with the same checkout email can be refunded after review.
For accidental purchases, contact support within seven days and include the checkout email.
Digital Content
Because access begins after account activation, refunds may be limited once a paid bank has been opened and used.
This does not limit support for account-access failures, duplicate charges, or billing errors.
