We use contact messages to reply to support, billing, refund, or content questions.

We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. TradeCert Prep does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Stripe may process payment, fraud-prevention, and receipt information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and Security

Logged-in users receive a secure, HTTP-only session cookie so paid question banks can be served only to entitled accounts.

Passwords are stored as salted password hashes, not plain text.
